If you fit within our criteria of your own Home value being no more than 70% of the property you wish to purchase from us, we may consider buying from you.

This is a fairly easy process, we take valuations from three local Estate Agents arrive at a figure that we feel your property will achieve. We then will make you an offer based on the valuations less the costs incurred by ourselves on the re-sale. Once we have agreed our Surveyor will then inspect your property to ensure it is structurally sound and suitable.

Once all is finally agreed Solicitors are instructed and you are then on your way to owning a new Moody Home.
